CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0112-R5) to the project applicant, California Department of Parks and Recreation. The project proposes to impact 0.03 acre of streambed, including 0.01 acres of permanent impact to valley oak woodland and 0.02 acres of temporary impact to coyote brush scrub and mitigate with 0.94 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
