Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0194-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, TriPointe Homes. The purpose of the project is to conduct routine maintenance of the 12 debris basins within Skyline Ranch to remove sediment and debris build up. This will increase the effectiveness of the debris basins in the event of rain or flood events. Additionally, the Applicant will correct specific deficiencies and restore facilities to their originally designed pre-storm conditions. This project has been amended to allow for year round sediment removal of debris basins less than 5,000 cubic yards and allowing minor repairs to facilities.
