CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-094-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, Pardee Homes.
The purpose of the project is to conduct routine maintenance of the 12 debris basins within Skyline Ranch to remove sediment and debris build up in order to increase the effectiveness of the debris basins in the event of rain or flood events and to correct specific deficiencies and restore facilities to their originally designed pre-storm conditions.
