The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a new 75,000 +/- square foot shopping center on a 10.7+/- acre site. The planned construction includes a parking lot of about 386,000 square feet; three fast food pads for restaurant tenants, three general retail spaces and a free standing fuel station.
