Document Description
The proposed project will consist of the following components: 1. Installation of up to two water tanks with a total capacity of up to 8 million gallons. Each tank will be approximately 150 feet in diameter and up to approximately 30 feet in height (up to 15 feet may be buried). 2. Stockpiling od up to 120,000 cubic yards of soil in an open area located immediately west of the proposed tank site, along the Brinton Road easement, and/or at the Banning Wastewater Treatment Plant. 3. Installation of a 30-inch diameter pipeline from the proposed tank(s) to the intersection of Wilson Street and 16th Street (approximately 7,700 feet in length), including acquistion of a 15-foot wide easement along Brinton Road. 4. Installation of a 20-inch diameter diameter pipleline within Sunset Avenue from Wilson Street to Westward Avenue (approximately 6,000 feet in length). The new pipeline will connect to an existing 18-inch diameter pipeline located along Westward Avenue.
