- The proposed project consists of a modified treatment train and storage reservoir at the existing Grass Valley facility, the installation of a recycled water pipeline between the Grass Valley facility to the LACC golf course where the recycled water will be used in place of public water sources for irrigation, and the initial delivery of up to several hundred acre-feet of recycled water annually to the golf course and ultimately up to 3.6 mgd per day to potential area recycled water customers.
