Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SDO-24201-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Caltrans will construct a Class I bike path to connect from Old Sorrento Valley Road west of I-5, under the I-5 bridge, to the west end of the Carmel Valley Restoration and Enhancement Project trail. The project will result in permanent impacts to 0.16 acre unvegetated non-wetland waters, and 0.33 acre of riparian habitat. The project will result in temporary impacts to 0.04 acre unvegetated non-wetland waters and 0.26 acre of riparian habitat.
