The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2022-0119) to the Project Applicant to construct a Class I Bike Path that connects from Old Sorrento Valley Road (located west of I-5) to the west end of the Carmel Valley River Enhancement Project (located east of I-5 and south of SR-56).
