Document Description
The Greenfield Police Station and Community Center project consists of a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a police station and community center in the City of Greenfield located in the Central Salinas Valley of Monterey County. The site consists of 3.39 acres of land on the northeast corner of the 44-acre subdivision bordered by Highway 101 to the east and Elm Avenue to the north. The proposed action includes construction and operation of an 8,876-SF police station building, a 5,538-SF community center building, a 15,913-SF impound yard, and a full basketball/volleyball court (approximately 4,700 SF). The parking area contains fifty-six parking spaces in the front of the building, four of which are handicapped spaces; in the rear of the building there are seven covered spaces and seventeen regular spaces.
