Document Description
The Project is to construct an approximately 3.3-acre waterfront park on the southwest corner of West Harbor Drive and Pacific Highway. The site is currently developed with a parking lot and the former Harbor Seafood Mart, which will be partially demolished for the construction of the new park. The total work area associated with the Project is approximately 4.3 acres, including the proposed demolition areas, waterfront park improvements, and modified parking and landscaped areas. Grading activities for the project are anticipated to balance on site without need for significant import or export of materials. Construction of the Project is anticipated to being in early 2011 with the opening of the park estimated for early 2012.
