The 7.94-acre project area is located at the southern terminus of Via Princessa in the Fair Oaks Ranch development in Los Angeles County. Directly to the south of the project area is the proposed Gold Valley Ranch development in the City of Santa Clarita. The project area will be used to construct an extension of Via Princessa connecting the two developments.
