Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2011-0271-R5) to the project applicant, City of San Diego, Transportation and Storm Water Department. Project activities include the annual excavation of approximately 10,000-30,000 cubic yards of material within the Pilot Channel and Smuggler's Gulch, reconstruction of a failed portion of the bank of the Pilot Channel, use of three equipment turnarounds, maintenance of an access ramp within Smuggler's Gulch, maintenance and repair of a gabion rock mattress at the confluence of the Pilot Channel and the Smuggler's Gulch, use and maintenance of several access routes, and use of two staging areas.
