Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2018-0076) to the project applicant, City of San Diego, The applicant proposes a one time maintenance of the Montezuma Creek channel on the Master Maintenance Program (MMP) Map 66. The maintenance will include removal of palm trees, installation of a check dam to reduce velocity, placement of a debris catcher, and the repair broken concrete.
