Document Description
Demolition of an existing restaurant and supporting structure (including 69 piles) and redevelopment with a new, two-story restaurant and supporting structure (on 53 piles). The new facility would include three distinct dining establishments, a coffee/gelato establishment, an expanded dock and dine for short-term boat berthing, and a public viewing deck. The total over water coverage would be 28,330 square. The increase in over water coverage is equal to 4480 sq. ft. The replacement dock and dine would increase slips by 10.
