Document Description
DR Horton by McIntosh & Associates requested an amendment to the adopted Heritage Ranch Specific Plan for minor changes to the land use plan by changing approx. 20 acres of commercially designated land to single-family residential to be developed primarily as a gated senior community, relocate the school site, add approx. 3 acres of additional parkland, and make changes to the development standards within the adopted Heritage Ranch Specific Plan located on the north side of Seventh Standard Road between Calloway Canal and Friant-kern Canal. An addendum to the Certified Final Program EIR for the 2005 General Plan Update and related Actions was prepared for Specific Plan Amendment No. 17-01.
