Document Description
Lennar Homes of CA requested an amendment to the adopted Grossamer Grove Specific Plan for minor changes to the residential land use configuration plan, Community Drive intersections, development standards, and document updates. The Estate Residential designation on the eastern side of the specific plan (PA-1) is moved to a western and central location (PA-2 and PA-3) and replaced with Low Density Residential land use. The residential change for PA-1 increased the no. of residential units from 166 to 299. A corresponding reduction occurs in PA-2 and PA-3. The southern edge of PA-1 is provided a 34 foot wide access corridor addressing existing residences to the south. The Community Drive intersections at Cotton Creek Drive and Cobble Creek Drive are enhanced for pedestrian use/walkability to the school site. Three drill islands are designated. An addendum to the Certified FEIR for the 2005 General Plan Update and related actions (sch 2004101029) was prepared for Amendment No. 16-27.
