Under Pre-Zone No. 16-61, the City of Shafter pre-zoned the 100 ft wide Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad ROW along the eastern edge of Annexation No. 86 to correct an error from the legal description previously utilized for Annexation No. 86 under Pre-Zone No. 14-59 (ordinance no. 661). The 100 ft wide Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad ROW along (and within) the eastern boundary of Annexation No. 86, on the east side of Santa Fe Way, north of 7th Standard Rd and south of Burbank St, is prezoned with the Agriculture District as previously proposed for, and consistent with, prezone no. 14-59 for annexation no. 86. There is no change in reference to adopted pre zone no. 14-59. The prezoning only affects the subject 100 ft wide Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad ROW as identified in APN: 091-261-31.

The 100 ft wide Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad ROW along (and within) the eastern boundary of Area No. 1 of Annexation no. 83, north of 7th Standard Rd and south of Burbank St, is prezoned with the Agriculture district as previously proposed for, and consistent with, prezone no. 12-55 for annexation no. 83. There is no change in reference to adopted pre zone no. 12-55. The prezoning only affects the subject 100 ft wide Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad ROW as identified in APNs: 090-180-09, 091-251-06, 091-252-07, and a portion of 091-261-31.
