Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of the Lower Otay Pump Station and pavement of an off-site access road. The LOPS will be constructed at a height of approximately 24'6" and will include the installation of four 500 horsepower pumps and electric motors for use in the water pumping system.
