Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of the Lower Otay Pump Station, as an emergency pump station for the OWD service area, and pavement of an off-site access road. The LOPS will be single-story above-ground building constructed of 8-inch by 6-inch concrete blocks with integral color walls and metal tile roofing. The building will be 24'6" in height.
