A request by Vista Roble, LLC for a Tract Map and Conditional Use Permit to 1) subdivide a 19.18-acre parcel into eighteen clustered residential parcels ranging from 0.41 to 0.72 acres and one 10.36-acre open space parcel, and 2) construct eighteen single-family residences and one open space parcel including one 10-foot wide equestrian trail, and a 197,000-cubic foot retention pond. Access roads would include the extension of an existing road, Via Seco and proposed Road "A". The proposed project site is located on the north side of Pomeroy Road, approximately 1.5 miles northwest of Tefft Street, in the community of Nipomo, in the South County (Inland) planning area.
