Document Description
Expansion of the Omni La Costa driving range in the southeast corner of Planning Area 6 of the La Costa Resort and Spa Master Plan, MP 03-02(C). The expansion includes two tee areas, two short game practice greens, and a practice putting green. The driving range expansion improvements will include the removal of 667 linear feet of driving range netting and the installation of 1,373 linear feet of added SO-foot-tall netting and poles. The project will result in the removal of four pickleball courts and
241 parking spaces. The project also proposes to provide two ancillary parking lots; one proposing 167 spaces within the undeveloped area in Planning Area 4 of MP 03-02(C) at the northeast intersection of El Camino Real and Costa Del Mar Road; and the other proposing 62 spaces in the undeveloped area in Planning Area 1 at the southeast intersection of Estrella De Mar Road and Arena I Road.
