Document Description
Proposes to the streambed by creating an equestrian trail within Sycamore Canyon and adjacent to Sycamore Flats Motorway for access to the open space in the Angeles National Forest. The proposed trail is 2,600 feet in length and 8 wide. The trail will cross Sycamore Canyon Creek in eight locations. The crossings will be constructed using an earthen or rock base that will utilize rock waterbars, rolling dips, retaining walls, gabion basket retaining walls, and rock dams to maintain the trail and prevent erosion.
