Document Description
Construction of approximately 9.56 acres of vernal pool wetlands within the limits of a larger low-quality seasonal wetland adjacent to Hinebaugh Creek to the east of Petaluma Hill Road near Rohnert Park, Sonoma County. This project will provide mitigation for the Vast Oak housing development planned for an area along Hinebaugh Creek to the west of Petaluma Hill Road. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0344-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Vast Oak Properties.
