Document Description
The project proposes to utilize gravel from the existing channel to stabilize approximately 600 feet of the right bank. The sloped bank will be sprigged with willow cuttings. Approximately 800 feet of stream channel will be realigned away from the eroding bank. Logs will be placed in the new channel for fish habitat.

The project will have no significant adverse effect on the environment. Class 33 (d) (5) consists of projects not to exceed five acres in size to assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife provided that may include, but are not limited to stream or river bank stabilization with native vegetation or other bioengineering techniques, the primary purpose of which is to reduce or eliminate erosion and sedimentation.
