Document Description
Restore and armor a severely eroded section of the north bank of St. Elmo Creek with rock rip-rap. Equipment access will be developed from the top of the eroded stream bank off a paved private driveway well above the active channel of the stream; an access road will be constructed down the bank to facilitate the removal of approximately 800 cubic yards of failed bank material and to access the toe of the bank for the placement of rock rip-rap. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0624-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
