Document Description
This project consists of widening Grove Avenue beneath the existing rail crossing structure from four to six lanes and widening the approaches including the intersection of Holt Boulevard and Grove Avenue to provide additional through and turning lanes. The widening and related improvements will include restoration and rehabilitation of an existing railroad bridge by under pinning the footings and seismic retrofitting, and also enhancement of existing landscaping and irrigation system in the project vicinity.
