Document Description
Project will restore three stream crossings where the Coon Trap Road crosses Mill Creek at Jack London State Historic Park. Work Includes replacement of a 40' x 48' culvert in one location, and replacement of destroyed culverts with wet water crossings in two other locations. All three crossings will replace degraded culverts where culverts have collasped and sediment laden water is flowing down the degraded roadbed and into Mill Creek.

Project consists of the repair and minor alteration of existing public facilities and topographical features, involving negligible expansion of use beyond current levels, and minor alterations in the condition of land, water, and vegetation which will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees, included as "trail or road repairs" and "trail removal, construction, or realignment" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.4.
