Document Description
The operator propsoes to fill approximately 290 linear feet of ephemeral drainage which has a maximum width of 1.5 feet in order to construct a sediment basin, driveway, and lot pad on a 16.5 acre site located north of Highway 24 and west of Via Roble in the City of Lafayette, Contra Costa County. Runoff from the drainage will be collected into a 12-inch to 15-inch storm drain pipe. A "T" energy dissipater will be placed on the end of the pipe and the water will outfall onto a bed of loose rock rip rap in the drainage at the downstream end of the pipe. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-5256-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
