The propsoed project invovles the replacement of an existing 6-foot by 10-foot timber bridge with a 71-inch by 47-inch corrugated steel pipe arch culvert on an unnamed tributary to Cole Creek. The project is located on Loasa Road, 470 feet west of Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville in Lake County (Section 02, Township 13N, Ranch 09W of the Kelseyville 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle). The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0655-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
