Document Description
The proposed project involves the repair of a failed bank on Scott's Creek at Scott's Creek Road (MP 0.75) in Lake County (Section 22, Township 14N; Range 10W of the Lakeport 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle). Approximately 200 feet of the existing bank has failed and threatens to undermine Scott's Creek Road. The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0654-3 pursunt to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
