Document Description
The proposed project involves excavation of accumulated gravel material from a box culvert on Plant Drive in Ukiah, California. The project is located on Spanish Canyon Creek a tributary to the Russian River (Section 33, Township 15N; Range 14W of the Ukiah 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle). Excavation is required to maintain the flow capacity of the crossing and prevent flooding during high flow events. The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0378-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
