Document Description
This project will complete repairs to the building that houses a display of the original mill timbers from Sutter's Sawmill at Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park. The display building is a non-historic structure. This project will prune black locust trees that overhang the building, replace the existing wood shake roof with a corrugated metal roof, replace any materials affected by dry rot in sheathing and rafters, replace the metal edge flashing, install eye brow vents and replace damaged siding on the building. Project supports continued use and maintenance.
