Document Description
This project will replace an existing vault toilet restroom with an ADA compliant vault toilet at the Cool Staging area within Auburn State Recreation Area. The existing restroom is very old and does not meet ADA standards for accessibility. The new restroom will be installed in the same location as the existing restroom, which is located in the Cool Staging Area parking lot. The project will involve excavating a 1000-gallon vault, trenching for a water line, and installation of a prefabricated restroom structure. The excavation and trenching will occur in a previously distrubed area, will avoid impacts to any mature trees, and will be monitored by a qualified archaeologist.
