The applicant proposes to implement approximately 1.9 miles of trail rehabilitation within a public park, including rock excavation to improve trail footing (the native rock will be reused to stabilize the downhill slope and tread surface), clear uphill vegetation to move trail tread away from downhill slope and cut trail shelf to provide for 5 degree cross slope to improve water runoff and decrease erosion.
