Construct a turn-around on the access road to the circulated water tank at Metropolitan's Eagle Mountain Pumping Plant. As the existing access road is too narrow for vehicles to turn around on, Metropolitan proposes to widen the road to create a turn-around area approximately 30 feet from the top of the road.
