Construct a single lane bridge across Cottonwood Creek to provide access to a private residence. Bridge abutments will be concrete, armored with large diameter rip-rap on both the upstream and downstream sides of each abutment. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees as a result of this project.
