Document Description
The operator proposes to restore the banks along 600 feet of Conn Creek from the intersection of Rector Creek downstream located at 1851 Cook Road in Yountville, Napa County. To accomplish the restoration, the project includes laying back approximately 350 linear feet of bank, removal of non-native Pierce's disease host plants and replacement with native riparian plants, management of flood debris buildup, seeding with native grass cover for a riparian buffer, and installation of a grassed waterway in the vineyard. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0604-3 is pursuant ot Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
