Document Description
This project consists of an archaeological trenching survey in Border Field State Park. This project will include a minimum of 56 backhoe trenches excavated on a 100 meter grid to help identify the presence or absence of potential buried sites in an area of approximately 560 acres, excluding those areas removed from consideration because they contain sensitive biological resources. The study areas covered within the survey trenching plan include the southern arm of the Tijuana Estuary and adjacent land.
