Document Description
This project will entail an interior modification of many areas within the terminal building. In addition to these modifications an Elevator will be added adjacent the main lobby entrance to provide increased passenger flow between floors. This remodel will not substantially modify the existing building footprint with the exception of some expansion occurring over existing pavement. Total expansion: 8,750 sqft.

The project will take place on an existing building footprint and will modify mainly the interior of the Terminal Building. A slight expansion will also occur over existing paved area and will be less than 10,000 square feet. The project has no impact to environmental resources (Source FAA CATEX) and therefore it is exempt: 15301 (a) and e) (2) (b).
