Document Description
The proposed project is a frontage improvement project that would add approximately 110 lineal feet of new curb/gutter, sidewalk, and a private driveway along a stretch of road that currently has no curb/gutter or sidewalk. A segment of existing 6-foot wide sidewalk on the north side of the project would be removed to realign the sidewalk and avoid impacts to an existing tree. All work would take place within the City of Elk Grove's existing right-a-way.
