Document Description
The project is the Department of Toxic Substances Control' (DTSC) approval of the Subaru Lot RAP Amendment. The RAP Amendment serves to include the Subaru Lot in the area to which the original RAP applies. The RAP Amendment also identifies, evaluated, and proposes remedy for the Subaru Lot. The proposed remedy is institutional controls which include prohibition on sensitive land uses, prohibition on the construction of groundwater wells and the extraction of groundwater, and compliance of the Implementation and Enforcement Plan. Implementation of the approved remedy would involve recordation of a Covenant to Restrict Use of Property with the Alameda County Assessor's Office to promulgate the institutional controls.
