Project impact on agricultural and timber resources and land use is considered to be less than significant. The Planning Division believes that the lot line adjustment has no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, and that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the lot line adjustment would have a significant effect on the environment, and is statutorily exempt per Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. The zone reclassification into TPZ is statutorily exempt per Section 15264 of the CEQA Guidelines and Section 51119 of the California Government Code.
