Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit and long-term utility easement to San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) for new overhead distribution line alignment and installation along Lost Valley Road in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Access across park property will be allowed for the purposes of and lines existing poles, lines, and associated hardware from current utility easement; installation of poles and lines along new alignment, and maintenance of overhead distribution lines for the life of the easement.
