The City of Tracy is updating its Housing Element for the 2003-2009 period pursuant to the update cycle for jurisdictions with the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) region. The Housing Element sets forth the City's strategy to maintain and preserve existing housing opportunities for all economic sectors, and provide guidance and direction for local government decision-making in matters relating to housing.
