Document Description
The proposed project is to rezone an existing ~5 acre property from RD-20 and BP to LC and construct a mixed-use apartment complex and retail center. Retail would occupy some first floor areas while apartments would have both first and second floor areas. A detention basin would be construced where there is an existing drainage ditch bisecting the property. The project will also require the removal of numerous on-site oak trees. The project is within a few blocks of several schools and has frontage at three road intersections.
