Document Description
The District proposes to rebuild the largest of the 10 sanitary sewer pumps that serve the BMK. Pump Station No. 5 is near the end of its design life and significant maintenance is required to keep this critical station operational. The existing site is paved and fully enclosed within a chain link fence. Construction activities will occur within the paved footprint of the existing pump station. Spoils materials generated during construction wil be trucked off site immediately following excavation due to the limited on-site storage space.
