Document Description
This 2004 EIR addendum evaluates proposed California Asbestos Monofill, Inc. (CAM) minor modifications to Conditional Use Permit 96-15 (CUP 96-15) and Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP), by the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), allowing altered waste tires to be mixed with mill tailings in the mine pit, disposing Type A inert waste, and making changes to bring the project into conformance with recently adopted Waste Tire Monofill regulations and improve the safety of the project.
