Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0100-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Highway 65 Self Storage LLC, represented by Mike Brumbaugh. A re-alignment of approximately 72 feet of seasonal drainage through a newly created drainage swale, placement of two culvert crossings consisting of 72 inch corrugated steel pipe on another seasonal drainage and permanent filling of a portion of a seasonal wetland with 115 cubic yards of native on site soils generated during grading activities.
