Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision to create four (4) parcels from an existing 1.46-acre parcel. The proposed parcels will range in size from 5,304 sf - 1.05-acres. The applicant proposes to utilize the Planned Unit Development (PUD) standards found in Section 314-31.1, HCC. The PUD standards allow for modified lot sizes and setbacks. The parcels will receive water and sewer services from Humboldt CSD.
