Existing development consists of low, medium, and high-density residential neighborhoods, neighborhood commercial services, light industrial/manufacturing uses, schools and parks. Zoning and General Plan designations are largely consistent with the existing pattern of land uses.
Document Description
The project will adopt and implement a redevelopment plan in the City of Riverbank. The project area consists of approximately 998 acres and is the focus of this environmental assessment. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverbank has proposed the Project for the purpose of alleviating blight and promoting reinvestment in the project area. Although no development or construction is proposed at this time, implementation of the plan is expected to facilitate infrastructure improvement and rehabilitation activities consistent with the adopted City of Riverbank General Plan.
